Directions

Whichever route you’re taking in Essex to arrive at Stansted Airport, be sure to give I Love Meet & Greet a call ten minutes before you arrive, just to ensure that your vehicle can be ready and waiting. Once you find yourself on the approach to the airport and its various parking options, keep your eyes peeled for the Express Set Down, which will take you to the parking bays outside the terminal.

From the M11:

  1. Leave at Junction 8/8a.
  2. Follow the road onto the A120.
  3. On the roundabout, take the third exit following the A120.
  4. Keep left and exit on the slip road up to the Bassingbourn roundabout, take the second exit.
  5. Take the third exit on the next roundabout.

Arrival instructions

Dropping-off your car with I Love Meet and Greet is easy:

  1. When you are 10 minutes from the airport, call I Love Meet and Greet to confirm your arrival.
  2. Follow signs to the Express Set Down area outside the terminal and proceed to Zone C.
  3. An I Love Meet and Greet chauffeur will meet you and take your vehicle.
  4. Hand over your keys and make your way to the terminal, your car will be parked for you.

Please ensure you allow sufficient time to complete the vehicle hand over before heading to the terminal.

Return instructions

Collecting your car couldn’t be easier:

  1. Once you have cleared customs and collected your luggage, call I Love Meet and Greet.
  2. Follow the instructions provided on the call and head to the designated meeting point.
  3. Your chauffeur will meet you and return your vehicle on the forecourt in Zone C.

Prices quoted include a £10 airport access booking fee, however you will be liable to pay the exit fee online. Please note you have only 10 minutes to exit before the charges increase.

  • This service is provided by I Love Meet and Greet.
  • You are required to leave your keys, your vehicle will be securely relocated by I Love Meet and Greet.

I Love Meet and Greet provides a secure parking facility designed to keep your vehicle protected throughout your trip. The site is staffed 24 hours a day by uniformed personnel, with full CCTV monitoring, controlled barrier access and secure perimeter fencing to ensure only authorised vehicles and staff can enter.

These measures work together to maintain a safe and secure environment for your car while you are away.

Disabled facilities

Meet and greet parking is an ideal choice for passengers with reduced mobility, offering a convenient and accessible experience from the moment you arrive. Drop-off and collection take place directly at the terminal, removing the need to find disabled parking bays or use transfer services.

I Love Meet and Greet staff can assist with loading if needed, and your vehicle is parked and returned by a professional driver, helping to make your journey as smooth and comfortable as possible.

Transfer details

No transfer buses or shuttle services are required, the check-in desks are just a short walk from the designated drop-off area, making your journey quick and straightforward.

Vehicle restrictions

  • Only standard vehicles and vans that fit within a standard parking bay are accepted.
  • Taxis and commercial vehicles are not permitted at any I Love Meet and Greet car park.
  • Prices include a £10 airport access booking fee, an additional £10 exit charge is payable online to the airport.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Our Flexible booking option offers you the convenience and flexibility you need. Here’s how it works:
    1. Need to Change Your Plans?
      • You can cancel or change your booking up to 24 hours before your parking period begins without any charges.
    2. Parking Period:
      • Your parking period starts at 12:01 AM on the first day of your booked dates, regardless of your pre-booked arrival time.
    3. Important to Note:
      • If you don’t cancel or update your booking at least 24 hours before your parking period begins, we’ll need to charge you for the full booking. Also, please be aware that we can’t offer refunds if you return earlier than planned.
    4. Booking Adjustments:
      • If you make changes to your booking and the price changes, we’ll either charge or refund the difference based on your adjustments.
