  1. Follow local signage for Birmingham Airport as you approach.
  2. Continue towards the terminal area and follow signs for Valet Parking.
  3. Proceed to the BHX Valet Parking area where the drop-off point is located.

Arrival instructions

  1. Call Ahead - Please contact us 30-60 minutes prior to your arrival at Birmingham International Airport by calling +44 (0) 121 769 3451.
  2. Arrival at the Airport - When you reach Birmingham International Airport, follow the signs for “Valet Parking.”
  3. Vehicle Handover - One of our professional drivers will be waiting to greet you and complete the check in process for your vehicle.

Return instructions

  1. On your return, call the number provided on your receipt 30 minutes before you arrive, ideally as soon as you land.
  2. Your vehicle will be brought back from the secure facility to the airport.
  3. Head to the Valet Parking area where you dropped off your car.
  4. A driver will meet you, verify your booking, and return your keys.

  • Only your car key should be left, remove all other items from your key ring as no responsibility is accepted for additional items.
  • All valuables must be removed from your vehicle, the company is not liable for any loss or damage to items left inside.

Vehicle restrictions

  • Vehicles must fit within a standard parking bay of 2.4m x 4.8m and must not exceed 3.5 tonnes.
  • Trailers, commercial vehicles and vehicles with eight or more seats are not permitted.
  • Non-standard vehicles, including motorhomes, caravans or vehicles with trailers, must be arranged in advance and may not be accepted without prior approval.
  • Specially adapted vehicles for disabled users may not be suitable, please contact the provider in advance to confirm compatibility.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Our Flexible booking option offers you the convenience and flexibility you need. Here’s how it works:
    1. Need to Change Your Plans?
      • You can cancel or change your booking up to 24 hours before your parking period begins without any charges.
    2. Parking Period:
      • Your parking period starts at 12:01 AM on the first day of your booked dates, regardless of your pre-booked arrival time.
    3. Important to Note:
      • If you don’t cancel or update your booking at least 24 hours before your parking period begins, we’ll need to charge you for the full booking. Also, please be aware that we can’t offer refunds if you return earlier than planned.
    4. Booking Adjustments:
      • If you make changes to your booking and the price changes, we’ll either charge or refund the difference based on your adjustments.
