Directions

For Gatwick North Terminal (Postcode: RH6 0PJ)

  1. Follow signs for Short Stay parking at the North Terminal.
  2. Stay in the left-hand lane and approach the barrier.
  3. Take a ticket to enter.
  4. Drive into Car Park 5 and follow the exit signs on the ground floor.

For Gatwick South Terminal (Postcode: RH6 0NP)

  1. Follow signs for the South Terminal.
  2. Stay in the right-hand lane and follow signs for the Short Stay car park.
  3. Take a ticket at the barrier.
  4. Drive into Car Park 3 (the furthest car park).

Arrival instructions

When arriving with Bubble Meet & Greet at Gatwick Airport, please follow these steps:

  1. Call Bubble Parking 10 minutes before you arrive to confirm your arrival time.
  2. Drive to your terminal’s Short Stay car park:

North Terminal:
Enter via the left lane, take a ticket, and proceed to Car Park 5.
Follow the exit signs on the ground floor and park in an Off Airport Meet & Greet bay near the exit on the right.
A driver will meet you there.

South Terminal:
Enter via the right lane, take a ticket, and go to Car Park 3, Level 1.
Park in an Off Airport M&G bay.
Occasionally, you may be directed to meet your driver on the forecourt, follow signs to the Passenger Drop-Off lane, keeping right and heading to the far end.

  1. Hand over your car keys to the Bubble Parking driver.
  2. You’re then free to walk into the terminal, just a 2-minute walk from the drop-off point.

Return instructions

Once you’ve collected your luggage and arrived in the arrivals hall:

  1. Call Bubble Parking to let them know you’re ready to collect your vehicle.
  2. Return to the Short Stay car park where your car will be waiting for you.
  3. You’ll be provided with a pre-paid parking ticket so you can exit the car park without additional charges.

Important information

Please ensure you read the vehicle restrictions and important information to help make your journey as smooth as possible.

  • You will need to leave your keys with the operator, your vehicle will be securely relocated and parked for the duration of your stay.
  • This service is operated by I Love Meet and Greet, who are responsible for the handling and security of your vehicle during your booking.

Security

Bubble Parking takes the security of your vehicle seriously, with all cars parked in fully protected facilities designed to keep vehicles safe throughout your stay.

  • Perimeter security fencing and barrier controlled entry and exit points to prevent unauthorised access
  • CCTV surveillance in operation across the entire site
  • 24 hour on-site staff presence
  • Regular security patrols carried out to maintain a safe and secure environment

These measures ensure your vehicle remains in a safe and secure parking compound at all times.

Disabled facilities

If you or anyone in your travelling party requires assistance with luggage or needs additional support, the Bubble Parking team will be happy to help. Simply ask a member of staff on arrival.

Vehicle restrictions

  • Maximum vehicle height: 2 metres
  • Vehicles must fit within a standard parking bay, 2.4 metres wide and 4.8 metres long
  • Trailers, commercial vehicles and taxis are not permitted at any I Love Meet & Greet location

 

Additional charges may apply if you exceed your booked parking duration. Extra days are charged at the car park’s standard daily rate, which is subject to change.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Our Flexible booking option offers you the convenience and flexibility you need. Here’s how it works:
    1. Need to Change Your Plans?
      • You can cancel or change your booking up to 24 hours before your parking period begins without any charges.
    2. Parking Period:
      • Your parking period starts at 12:01 AM on the first day of your booked dates, regardless of your pre-booked arrival time.
    3. Important to Note:
      • If you don’t cancel or update your booking at least 24 hours before your parking period begins, we’ll need to charge you for the full booking. Also, please be aware that we can’t offer refunds if you return earlier than planned.
    4. Booking Adjustments:
      • If you make changes to your booking and the price changes, we’ll either charge or refund the difference based on your adjustments.
