Directions

I Love Meet & Greet operates at both the North and South Terminals at Gatwick Airport. Follow the steps below to meet your driver smoothly at your departure terminal.

If travelling via the M23, exit at Junction 9 and follow signs for your departure terminal (North or South).

North Terminal

  1. Follow signs for ‘Passenger Drop Off – North Terminal’
  2. Stay in the right-hand lane as you approach
  3. Drive to the far end of the drop-off area
  4. Look for the Approved Operator bays
  5. Your I Love Meet & Greet driver will be waiting to collect your vehicle

South Terminal

  1. Follow signs for ‘Passenger Drop Off – South Terminal’
  2. Keep in the right-hand lane
  3. Drive to the far end of the drop-off zone
  4. Pull into the Approved Operator lane
  5. Your I Love Meet & Greet driver will meet you there

Please have your booking confirmation ready and allow extra time for the handover, especially during busy periods.

Arrival instructions

Using the I Love Meet & Greet service at Gatwick is quick and simple:

  1. Call I Love Meet & Greet when you’re approximately 10 minutes from the airport (the number is provided in your confirmation email).
  2. Drive to your terminal’s designated meeting point as described above.
  3. A uniformed, insured driver will be waiting to greet you.
  4. Hand over your keys and head straight into the terminal to begin your journey.

Important: Arrive in good time to complete the handover before heading to check-in.

Return instructions

When you return to Gatwick:

  1. After collecting your luggage and clearing customs, call I Love Meet & Greet on the number provided in your booking.
  2. Make your way to the same Approved Operator meeting point where you dropped off your car.
  3. Your car will be returned to you so you can continue your journey with no delays.

 

Important information

Please ensure you read the vehicle restrictions and important information to help make your journey as smooth as possible.

  • You are required to leave your keys, your vehicle will be securely relocated by I Love Meet and Greet.
  • For last minute booking changes from the day before arrival, contact I Love Meet and Greet on 01293 824 221.
  • Gatwick Airport forecourt charges are included, any penalty notices must be reported to customer.services@ilovemeetandgreet.co.uk, this service is provided by I Love Meet and Greet.

Security

Your vehicle will be parked in a secure off-airport compound, providing peace of mind while you travel. The site is staffed 24 hours a day by uniformed personnel and protected by high perimeter fencing, ensuring controlled access at all times.

CCTV operates throughout the facility, helping to keep your car safe and secure for the duration of your trip.

Disabled facilities

Drop-off and collection take place directly at the terminal, removing the need for transfers and making the service especially convenient for passengers with reduced mobility.

Your vehicle is handled by trained staff, helping to make your airport journey easier and more comfortable from start to finish.

Vehicle restrictions

  • Only standard-sized vehicles are accepted, including cars and minibuses with up to 9 seats.
  • Taxis are not permitted under any circumstances.
  • Oversized or commercial vehicles may be refused on arrival.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Our Flexible booking option offers you the convenience and flexibility you need. Here’s how it works:
    1. Need to Change Your Plans?
      • You can cancel or change your booking up to 24 hours before your parking period begins without any charges.
    2. Parking Period:
      • Your parking period starts at 12:01 AM on the first day of your booked dates, regardless of your pre-booked arrival time.
    3. Important to Note:
      • If you don’t cancel or update your booking at least 24 hours before your parking period begins, we’ll need to charge you for the full booking. Also, please be aware that we can’t offer refunds if you return earlier than planned.
    4. Booking Adjustments:
      • If you make changes to your booking and the price changes, we’ll either charge or refund the difference based on your adjustments.
