Head towards Heathrow Airport, Terminal 4. Follow the signs for the Terminal 4 Park & Ride Car Park (Formerly called Long Stay), where you will then follow your confirmations arrival instructions.
Arrival instructions
Terminal 4 Park & Ride (Postcode: TW6 3XL):
- You must call MBW on 020 8759 5252 when you are approximately 30 minutes from Heathrow Terminal 4. This step is vital to ensure you do not encounter any onsite charges.
- As you approach Terminal 4, follow the signs for the Heathrow Park & Ride Car Park.
- Enter the car park and proceed through the barriers to Zone A. Park in a suitable bay within Zone A, ideally close to one of the bus stops to make unloading luggage easier.
- An MBW driver will be expecting your arrival and may contact you to confirm the location of your parked vehicle.
- Remove all luggage, valuables and personal belongings from your vehicle, then hand your keys to the uniformed MBW driver. Drivers wear orange and black high-visibility jackets and carry company-issued identification.
- Please take photographs of your vehicle before handing over your keys. Damage claims cannot be accepted without supporting photographic evidence. MBW staff will carry out a visual exterior inspection only. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions for full details.
- Once your keys have been handed over, take Heathrow Airport's complimentary shuttle service to the terminal building. The journey takes approximately 4 to 6 minutes.
- Shuttle buses operate every 5 minutes. Please allow an additional 30 minutes when planning your arrival at the airport to accommodate transfer times and Terminal 4 procedures.
MBW pay for 15 minutes of the parking on arrival and exit
Return instructions
- Call 020 8759 5252 once you have collected all your luggage, or after passing passport control if you only have hand luggage.
- After collecting your luggage, exit the arrivals hall and follow the signs for the Park & Ride 4 / Zone A Shuttle bus stops. These are located directly outside the terminal building at bus stops 5, 6 and 7.
- Heathrow Airport staff will be available throughout the terminal area to assist and direct you to the correct shuttle service if required.
- Travel on the shuttle bus back to the Heathrow Park & Ride Car Park, Zone A.
- On arrival at the car park, your vehicle will be ready for collection. An MBW uniformed driver will meet you, return your keys and assist with the handover of your vehicle.
- Where possible, the driver may contact you to confirm which bus stop you have used and arrange for your vehicle to be positioned as close as possible to help with loading luggage.

Please ensure you read the vehicle restrictions and important information to help make your journey as smooth as possible.

Booking changes: For any date or time changes from the day before your booking starts, contact MBW directly on 0208 759 5252 with at least 24 hours’ notice.

ULEZ charges: ULEZ charges apply and you will enter the zone twice, once on your arrival date and again on your return date.

Arrival window and fees: MBW allows a 45 minute window from your pre-booked arrival time. You must call MBW 30 minutes before arrival for this grace period to apply. Additional charges apply if you exceed this timeframe.

Vehicle washing: Vehicles are washed within 12 hours of the booked return time. If you return earlier or amend your booking, MBW may be unable to complete the wash. As the car park is open air, no refunds are offered for vehicles that become wet or dirty.
Security
MBW's insured drivers will park your car in their secure car park which is patrolled 24 hours a day and has CCTV coverage.
Disabled facilities
MBW Meet & Greet is ideal for anyone who has a disability and requires extra assistance as you hand over your car at the terminal, and take a short walk to check in.
Transfer details
Please note due to the closure of the Terminal 4 Short Stay Car Park, MBW will be operating the Meet & Greet parking service from Terminal 4 Park & Ride Car Park which does include a shuttle service to the airport as outlined within your instructions/directions.
Vehicle restrictions

Late or Early Flight Arrivals: A £25 charge applies for flights arriving between 23:59pm and 04:00am.

Overheight Vehicles: Vehicles exceeding 2.2 metres in height will incur an additional £50 charge.

Larger vehicle charge: £25.00 applies to any vehicle over 5m in length.

ULEZ Charges: Standard Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) fees apply where applicable.
