Directions

From the M11:

  1. Leave the M11 at Junction 8 or 8a.
  2. Join the A120 and continue to the roundabout, taking the third exit to stay on the A120.
  3. Keep left and take the slip road to Bassingbourn roundabout, then take the second exit.
  4. At the next roundabout, take the third exit.
  5. Follow signs for Express Set Down at the terminal and proceed to Zone C.

Arrival instructions

  1. When you are around 10 minutes from the airport, call the number provided on your booking confirmation to confirm your arrival time.
  2. Follow signs for Express Set Down at the terminal and drive to Zone C, where your chauffeur will be waiting.
  3. Hand over your keys and make your way to the terminal while your car is parked for you.
  4. Please allow enough time to complete the vehicle handover before heading to check-in.

Please ensure you allow sufficient time to complete the vehicle hand over before heading to the terminal.

Return instructions

  1. Once you have cleared customs and collected your luggage, call the car park to request your vehicle.
  2. Head to the designated meeting point, which will be confirmed during your call.
  3. Your chauffeur will return your car to the forecourt in Zone C for collection.
  4. Please pay the forecourt fee online before exiting.

Prices quoted include a £10 airport access booking fee, however you will be liable to pay the exit fee online. Please note you have only 10 minutes to exit before the charges increase.

  • Your keys must be left with the operator, as your vehicle will be securely relocated by I Love Meet & Greet.
  • For last minute changes to your booking date or time from the day before travel, contact I Love Meet & Greet on 01279 682230.

Your vehicle will be kept in a secure parking compound with 24-hour protection throughout your trip. Security measures include barrier-controlled entry, floodlighting and CCTV monitoring for added peace of mind.

Vehicle restrictions

  • Only standard cars and vans that fit within a standard parking space are accepted.
  • Taxis and commercial vehicles are not permitted at any I Love Meet & Greet car park.
  • A £10 exit fee applies at the terminal forecourt, payable online to the airport.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Our Flexible booking option offers you the convenience and flexibility you need. Here’s how it works:
    1. Need to Change Your Plans?
      • You can cancel or change your booking up to 24 hours before your parking period begins without any charges.
    2. Parking Period:
      • Your parking period starts at 12:01 AM on the first day of your booked dates, regardless of your pre-booked arrival time.
    3. Important to Note:
      • If you don’t cancel or update your booking at least 24 hours before your parking period begins, we’ll need to charge you for the full booking. Also, please be aware that we can’t offer refunds if you return earlier than planned.
    4. Booking Adjustments:
      • If you make changes to your booking and the price changes, we’ll either charge or refund the difference based on your adjustments.
