Directions

  1. Exit the M11 at Junction 8 and follow signs for Stansted Airport via the A120.
  2. Continue by following signs for the Mid Stay Car Park.
  3. Enter postcode CM24 1PY into your Sat Nav.
  4. Look out for the Holiday Inn, located opposite McDonald’s and just before the BP garage.
  5. Turn into the Holiday Inn entrance, then take the immediate right into the I Love Park and Ride car park.

Arrival instructions

  1. On arrival at I Love Park and Ride Stansted, park your vehicle in one of the marked lanes near the office.
  2. Check in at reception and leave your car keys with the team.
  3. Your vehicle will be securely parked for you.
  4. Board the on-demand shuttle bus to the terminal, included in the price and taking less than 5 minutes.

Return instructions

Once you’ve collected your luggage and reached the arrivals hall:

  1. Call Bubble Parking to confirm your arrival.
  2. Make your way to the Express Set Down area outside the terminal, where your car will be delivered to you.

Important:

Maximum 10 minutes allowed on the forecourt. Be ready to collect your vehicle and exit promptly. £10 exit fee applies for up to 10 minutes, payable online.

  • You will need to leave your keys, your vehicle will be securely relocated by the on-site team.
  • This service is operated by I Love Meet and Greet.

Security

Security is a top priority at Bubble Parking, with all vehicles stored in a secure, fully managed compound. The site features CCTV surveillance, security fencing, barrier-controlled access and 24-hour on-site staff, helping to ensure vehicles remain safe and protected at all times.

Bubble Parking is happy to assist passengers with additional needs. If you or anyone in your group requires help with loading or unloading luggage or needs extra assistance, simply speak to a member of staff who will be happy to help.

Transfer details

Transfer to the terminal is included, with an on-demand shuttle service that departs when you’re ready and takes less than 5 minutes.

Vehicle restrictions

  • Vehicles must be standard size, under 2m in height and fit within a 2.4m x 4.8m parking bay, no trailers, taxis or commercial vehicles permitted.
  • Overstaying beyond your booked period will incur the car park’s standard daily rate, subject to change.
  • A £10 exit fee applies at the terminal forecourt, payable online to the airport.

Bubble Park and Deliver operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, all year round, including public holidays, so you can park with confidence no matter when you travel.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Our Flexible booking option offers you the convenience and flexibility you need. Here’s how it works:
    1. Need to Change Your Plans?
      • You can cancel or change your booking up to 24 hours before your parking period begins without any charges.
    2. Parking Period:
      • Your parking period starts at 12:01 AM on the first day of your booked dates, regardless of your pre-booked arrival time.
    3. Important to Note:
      • If you don’t cancel or update your booking at least 24 hours before your parking period begins, we’ll need to charge you for the full booking. Also, please be aware that we can’t offer refunds if you return earlier than planned.
    4. Booking Adjustments:
      • If you make changes to your booking and the price changes, we’ll either charge or refund the difference based on your adjustments.
