Directions

Finding your way to APH Cardiff Park and Ride is straightforward, with clear routes from the M4 and a convenient location close to the airport. The car park sits beside the Highway Inn, making it easy to spot as you approach.The car park is located next to the Highway Inn and is just a short transfer from Cardiff Airport terminals.

  1. Leave the M4 at Junction 33 and follow signs for Cardiff Airport.
  2. Join the A4232, signposted for Cardiff Airport.
  3. Continue on the A4232 and take the slip road marked ‘Airport’. At the roundabout, take the third exit.
  4. Follow signs for the airport across the next five roundabouts.
  5. At the fifth roundabout, take the right fork towards St Athan and Llantwit Major.
  6. Take the next left after the British Airways hangar. Keep right through the village of Fonmon.
  7. At the crossroads, turn left and continue towards the Highwayman car park.

Arrival instructions

  1. Drive into the car park and park in one of the designated arrival bays.
  2. Head to reception and present your booking confirmation.
  3. Hand over your keys to staff.
  4. Take the transfer bus to the terminal while your car is parked for you.

Please ensure you allow sufficient time to complete your vehicle check-in and airport transfer.

Return instructions

On return to Cardiff Airport

  1. Head to the transfer bus stop outside the terminal for collection.
  2. Take the transfer bus back to the car park.
  3. Your keys will be returned to you on arrival.
  4. Exit the car park and continue your journey.

      • If you don’t cancel or update your booking before your arrival time, we’ll need to charge you for the full booking. Also, please be aware that we can’t offer refunds if you return earlier than planned.
    4. Booking Adjustments:
      • If you make changes to your booking and the price changes, we’ll either charge or refund the difference based on the adjustments.
